tHERAPEUTIC FRAMEWORK

Client Centered Therapy is the main lens that I view our therapeutic relationship; where we explore together and understand the clients’ problems to develop solutions. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy are evidenced-based practice interventions that work for a wide variety of diagnosis. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy examines patterns of thoughts and actions to better understand the clients’ problems and develop solutions. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is proven effective with diagnosis ranging from anxiety and depression to post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and emotion/ anger problems. Solution Focused Therapy is brief psychotherapy that builds on the strengths of the clients to develop solutions for the problem and is proven effective with behavioral issues, family and couples therapy.
